The Administration & Finance Department manages the daily operations and financial oversight of Mantua Township. Our team works closely with the Township Committee to ensure efficient service delivery, responsible budget management, and long-term financial sustainability for our community.

Township Administration

The Township Administrator, Jennica Bileci, is responsible for the Township Committee and the daily operations of the Township. She supervises all departments, boards, and offices in consultation with the Township Committee and oversees the maintenance of Township buildings, equipment, properties, and grounds. The Administrator acts as a liaison between the Township Committee, employees, department heads, Township residents, solicitors, auditors, contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals doing business with the Township. She performs all duties, assignments, and roles as directed by the Township Committee.

Purchasing with the Township

The Chief Financial Officer oversees the daily administration of the Department of Revenue and Finance, as well as all Township employees involved in revenue and finance aspects of the Township of Mantua. The finance department is responsible for budget preparation and works directly with the Township Administrator and Township Committee to ensure that the financial goals of the Township are being met. Additionally, the department manages capital projects and investments, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support the Township’s long-term growth and sustainability.
