Department Overview

The Township Administrator, Jennica Bileci, is directly accountable for the Township Committee and the day-to-day operations of the township. The Administrator shall supervise the management of all departments, boards, and offices in consultation with the Township Committee and oversee the maintenance of township buildings, equipment, properties, and grounds. The Township Administrator acts as the liaison between the Township Committee, employees, department heads, citizens of the township, solicitors, auditors, contractors, architects, engineers, other professionals, and persons doing business in the township. The Administrator shall perform all duties, assignments, and roles directed by the Township Committee.

The Chief Financial Officer is directly responsible for daily oversight and administration of the Department of Revenue and Finance, as well as all township employees involved in the revenue and finance aspects of the Township of Mantua.
