How to Complete Your Vote-By-Mail Ballot
Instructions:
- Check your envelope – Look for ballot, inner certificate envelope, and mailing envelope
- Mark your ballot – Fill in ovals completely in blue or black ink
- Sign the certificate – Fill in and sign, keeping it attached to inner envelope
- Seal your ballot – Place ballot in certificate envelope, then into mailing envelope
- Return your ballot – Choose one of three ways:
- 📬 Mail it – Postmarked by 8 PM Election Day (received within 6 days)
- 📦 Drop Box – Place in secure ballot drop box by 8 PM Election Day
- 🏢 In Person – Deliver to Gloucester County Board of Elections by 8 PM Election Day
⚠️ Important: Your Vote-By-Mail ballot CANNOT be returned to Early Voting or Election Day polling locations.
