Dr. Kenneth Lacovara joins Mantua in the 4th Volume of the Mayor?s Message Video Series
Mayor Bob Zimmerman had the pleasure to interview world-renowned Paleontologist Dr. Kenneth Lacovara to discuss the construction of the 44,000 sq. ft., 72-million-dollar Rowan University Jean and Ric Edelman Fossil Park and Museum which is set to open in the spring of 2024.
Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Lacovara is the discoverer of the massive 65-ton Dreadnoughtus, one of the world largest dinosaurs, the author of the award-winning book “Why Dinosaurs Matter”, the Founder of the Edelman Fossil Park and Museum of Rowan University.
He is also a multiple time TED speaker, a recipient of the Explorers Club Medal, and the Founding Dean of the School of Earth & Environment at Rowan University.
