Property Tax Relief for Seniors & Social Security Disability Recipients

For the first time, NJ residents can apply for multiple property tax relief programs using a single application: 2024 PAS-1.

This single combined application form simplifies the filing process for the Senior Freeze (Property Tax Reimbursement), ANCHOR, and Stay NJ programs for eligible residents aged 65 and over or those receiving Social Security Disability Benefits in New Jersey.

Current recipients of the Senior Freeze and ANCHOR programs should receive their PAS-1 form directly by mail from the State of New Jersey.

For questions about these senior tax relief programs, please contact Alice Kellmyer, Mantua Township Tax Collector, at akellmyer@mantuatownship.com or (856) 468-1500 ext. 116, or reach out to the NJ Division of Taxation at 1-888-238-1233.

Gloucester County Nutrition Program

The Nutrition Program provides a well-balanced midday meal to Gloucester County seniors who are 60+. In addition to a meal, the sites foster social interaction, offer recreational and leisure activities, and provide access to other supportive services available to Gloucester County senior citizens. Meals are planned by a nutritionist to ensure the recommended nutrients. Meals are served Monday through Friday.
Donation Policy
A suggested donation of $1.25 is accepted for each meal. However, this is purely voluntary, and there is no obligation to contribute. Privacy and confidentiality with respect to contributions are guaranteed. All collected contributions will be used to expand the services and supplement funds received under the Older Americans Act.
