The Biggest Help in Any Emergency Is You
Being prepared is the most important step you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones during an emergency. While our emergency management team works to keep Mantua Township safe, your personal preparedness makes all the difference. Take time now to plan ahead, build a supply kit, and stay informed.
Steps You Can Take:
- Get an emergency kit.
- Have a predetermined evacuation location in case you need to leave your home.
- Make a plan for your pets. Many shelters do not allow animals.
Stay Informed: Receive emergency alerts about severe weather, public safety incidents, and local emergencies by texting your ZIP code to 888777. You can also follow the Mantua Township Facebook page for community updates.
- Register for the Township Special Needs Registry.
