The application by Barber Partners for a proposed cold storage warehouse at 595 Mantua Blvd, Block 172, Lot 6.07 & 7.02, Tax Map 34, Zone LI (Light Industrial) will now be heard at the Land Use Board Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place at the Mantua Township Administration Building, 401 Main Street.

Barber Partners cancelled their appearance before the LUB for this coming Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM

Barber Partners is requesting ‘use variance approval’ to develop the property with a 351, 827 square foot cold storage warehouse. Since a warehouse of the type proposed is not a permitted use in the LI Zone, the applicant is seeking a D(1) variance. The applicant is also seeking a D(6) variance for building height of 58 feet, as 40 feet is the allowable height. Barber Partners is only applying for D variance approval at this time. In the event the LUB approves this application on October 20th, Barber Partners will subsequently file an application for preliminary and final major site plan approval.
